Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposits
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount for the duration of your stay at Gaïa and the balance is due three weeks prior to arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits within the cancellation periods due to airlines delays, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
Cancellations
May be made more than 45 days prior to arrival. Full refunds will be made with the exception of an administrative fee of US $100 per room.
45-21 Days prior to arrival.
50% of entire stay is non-refundable.
Within 20 days of arrival, no refunds or credits are provided.
All rates are for one or two guests sharing the room.
A 9% hotel tax and 10% service charge will be added to the room rate.
Please keep in mind that Gaïa is a mature environment with a minimum age requirement of 10 years.
